The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Martell as he checks the leg kick.
Martell fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gracie manages to avoid it.
Martell moves out of range as Gracie strikes.

We've been told by Gracie's head coaches at gym closing that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Martell throws a push kick but Gracie slaps the foot to one side.
Martell does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Gracie is looking to slow Martell down with leg kicks.
Martell moves out of range of the leg kick from Gracie.
Gracie tries to land a front kick but Martell steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Holden Gracie will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Gracie shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Gracie wants to clinch up but Martell keeps it at a distance.
Martell doesn't manage to clinch there - Gracie circles away.
Martell connects with a single shot there.

Gracie lands a big head kick that sends Martell tumbling to the mat! Gracie takes a step backwards and waves Martell back to his feet - he wants the finish!

and Gracie counters with a huge left! Martell is in big trouble! He's backing up but Gracie isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Martell from any more damage. A dominating finish by Gracie!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Holden Gracie!
