Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Francisco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Connor Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Francisco really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Freeman trying to control the action but Francisco is working from the bottom.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Connor Freeman hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Freeman defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Francisco.

Freeman closes the distance and pushes Francisco back into the cage.

Freeman got a little sloppy there for a moment and Francisco has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Freeman has managed to get both his arms back between Francisco's legs - danger averted.
Francisco is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Francisco looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Francisco can't keep his opponent in guard - Freeman advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Freeman wants to work for an arm triangle but Francisco is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Francisco is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Freeman jumps into side control!

Freeman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Francisco is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Freeman's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Francisco is looking to control Freeman's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Francisco avoid being mounted?
Freeman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Francisco keeps working.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Francisco wants to improve his position but Freeman is controlling well.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Freeman feints and as Francisco raises his hands in defense, Freeman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Freeman lands a couple of elbows.
Francisco utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Francisco keeping full guard, as Freeman tries to pass.
Francisco looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Connor Freeman has got the better of the ground game so far.
Freeman lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Freeman not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Francisco has momentary wrist control but Freeman slips an elbow through the middle.

Freeman postures up.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Francisco is on top in guard.
Freeman is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Francisco is controlling him.

Freeman is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Francisco presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Freeman gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Francisco regains guard.

Freeman is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Francisco has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Freeman is looking to defend but Francisco has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Freeman! Francisco pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Freeman taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Daniel Francisco!
