Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Acelino Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Blanco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva moves into range and clinches up with Blanco.
Blanco being controlled against the cage.
Blanco prevents the takedown attempt.
Silva lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Blanco is trying to break the clinch but Silva is controlling him.
Silva is trying to force a seperation but Blanco has the dominant position.
A nice right hand lands inside from Silva .
Blanco tries for a takedown. No joy.

Silva escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Silva fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Silva walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Blanco ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away.
Silva throws a good cross that connects.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Blanco drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Silva forces Blanco back against the cage and clinches.
Silva scores with a shoulder strike.
A frustrated look appears on Silva 's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Silva lands a hook that snaps the head of Blanco backwards.
Silva is trying to force a seperation but Blanco has the dominant position.
Silva wants to break the clinch but can't.
Silva is trying to push Blanco away but Blanco has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Silva lands an elbow inside.
Blanco is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Silva is defending well.
Blanco wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Silva has him pressed against the cage.
Silva goes for a takedown in the clinch but Blanco prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Acelino Silva . That's going to take a lot out of him.

With the two fighters working up against the cage, Silva just misses with a elbow thrown towards Blanco's brow.

Silva goes for a takedown attempt but Blanco pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Blanco shoots in and drives through. Silva sprawls well.
Silva scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Blanco throws a right and a left that Silva avoids nicely.
Blanco fails to land the takedown.

Blanco tries to clinch but Silva moves out of range.
Blanco swings for the body but Silva moves out of range.
A swing and a miss from Blanco.
Blanco has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Silva finds it's way round the side to connect with Blanco's head.
Blanco is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Silva closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Silva lands with a left to the head.
Silva wants to get back to striking at distance but Blanco won't allow it.
Blanco takes a shot to the head.

Blanco is rocked!
Blanco on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Blanco is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
Silva is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Silva drops down looking for an ankle pick but Blanco pulls his leg out and moves away.
Silva ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Blanco moves forwards but Silva connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Blanco finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Silva 's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Blanco falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
