Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andy Scott!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Laakkonen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Heimo Laakkonen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Laakkonen misses with a wild body shot.
Laakkonen scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Andy Scott has been cut.
Laakkonen seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Scott moves into the clinch successfully.
Laakkonen breaks from the clinch.
Laakkonen missing with a left hand there. Scott was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Laakkonen connects with a right hand. Scott shakes it off.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Laakkonen drops Scott with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Scott looks back up at him and smiles so Laakkonen waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Laakkonen throws a body punch but Scott moves out of range.
Laakkonen misses with a looping right.
Scott looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Scott lands with a thumping leg kick.
Laakkonen looks to land a left hand but Scott moved out of range nicely.
Scott switches off momentarily and Laakkonen cracks him with a monster right hand! Scott topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Laakkonen dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Laakkonen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Heimo Laakkonen!
