PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Android Five (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cheech Chong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Cheech Chong was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Android Five!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Shimada and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Five fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Five misses with a looping right.
Chong misses with a hook.
Chong misses with a two punch combination.
Five throws a body punch but Chong moves out of range.
Chong takes a swing at Five's ribcage but misses.
Chong ducks under a wild hook from Five.
Chong takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Chong dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Five stalks Chong and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Chong's face. Chong staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Cheech Chong has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Five gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Five tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Chong is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Five buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Five!! Five is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Chong throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cheech Chong!
Cheech Chong bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
