Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ric Flores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdullah Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flores comes to the cage accompanied by Napalm & Erruption- In San Francisco. Slice comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Last Resort-Papa Roach kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Abdullah Slice!
The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flores misses with a two punch combination.
A combination from Flores does no damage.
Flores takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Flores throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Slice slips under a jab from Flores.
Slice tries for a takedown but Flores sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Flores lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Slice lands with a shot to the body.
Slice takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Slice throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Flores is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Slice is just riding it out for now. Flores eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Slice avoids the attempt from Flores to control.

Slice lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Slice working over Flores with some ground and pound. Flores looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Flores is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Rancid Fight Club, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Slice makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Slice is looking to work some ground and pound but Flores has wrist control.
Flores seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Flores is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Slice working his ground and pound in the gym.

Flores is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Slice sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Flores's guard.
Slice thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Slice is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

That was a close round but I would say that Ric Flores will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Flores throws a series of punches but Slice moves out of range.
Flores looks to land a combination but Slice avoids it well.
Slice thows a left - swing and a miss!

Slice's jab looks to have found its range, popping Flores under the eye.

Slice fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Flores to the ground. Slice is now in Flores's guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A relieved looking Ric Flores thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
