And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stoicovi misses with a head kick.
Brodrin with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Brodrin throws a head kick that Stoicovi semi-blocks.
It looks like Vitor Stoicovi has been cut.
Stoicovi takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Stoicovi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Brodrin with a poor takedown
and Stoicovi counters with a shoot takedown. Brodrin fights it but they end up in guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Stoicovi avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Stoicovi scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Brodrin has an active guard here but Stoicovi has managed to pass into half guard.
Stoicovi perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Stoicovi has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Brodrin defend it? Stoicovi steps over the head and cranks it - Brodrin is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Stoicovi!
