Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dwayne Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zangief Hagger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zangief Hagger is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson thuds a left hand into Hagger's body.
Hagger fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hagger's waist but Hagger gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side.

Hagger gets caught flat footed, as Johnson shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Hagger ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Johnson moves away.

Johnson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Johnson drops back, looking for a kneebar! Hagger looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Hagger looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Hagger!
You can see the frustration on Johnson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Johnson throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.

Johnson is looking to regain half guard here but Hagger keeps moving and retains side control.

Johnson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Hagger defends it well.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Johnson shoots for a double leg takedown but Hagger sprawls well. He's pushed Johnson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Hagger tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Johnson swivels and escapes.
Hagger tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Johnson paws at him with a jab and circles away.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Johnson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hagger, pushing him back against the cage.

Johnson has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Hagger is trying to keep an underhook but Johnson manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Johnson is looking for a kimura but Hagger is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Johnson to get the leverage.
Johnson is looking to stall here but Hagger recovers full guard.
Johnson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hagger's guard.
Johnson thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Hagger's head.
Hagger is refusing to be controlled, as Johnson sits in half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Johnson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Hagger wants to get back to his feet.
Johnson wants to control the pace but Hagger is squirming around nicely.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Johnson thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.

It looks like Zangief Hagger has been cut.
You get the feeling that Hagger really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Johnson goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Hagger is on top in guard.
Hagger won't allow Johnson to sweep him here.

Johnson has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Hagger doesn't defend quickly enough and Johnson has managed to lock this one up! Can Hagger escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Johnson on a fantastic submission victory.
