Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kane takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Mayhem throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Kane tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Mayhem is in Kane's guard.
Mayhem tries to free his leg and advance position but Kane is retaining full guard.
Kane is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Kane seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Brock Mayhem.

Mayhem bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Mayhem is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mayhem wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kane keeps working.
You can see the frustration on Kane's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Kane is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Mayhem asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Mayhem goes for an armbar but Kane turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Kane.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Brock Mayhem has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Mayhem rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kane moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Brock Mayhem showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Kane's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Mayhem tries to clinch there but Kane circles away.

Mayhem darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Mayhem wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Kane uses the opportunity to regain full guard.

Kane has his feet on Mayhem's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Kane wriggles free and stands up.

Mayhem tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
No joy there for Kane, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Kane gets caught flat footed, as Mayhem shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Mayhem wants to stand but Kane has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Mayhem takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Kane is adopting a defensive guard.

We're going to have a standup here because Darwin Kane wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Kane shoots in and drives through. Mayhem sprawls well.

Mayhem decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Mayhem stops Kane from getting back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Mayhem decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Kane changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mayhem tries to avoid it but Kane manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mayhem to the ground. Mayhem escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
