Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrus Laane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hamood Hallak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Laane comes into the arena with Sans Pression - Numero 1 blaring out of the sound system. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Hallak does no damage.

Laane closes the distance and clinches.
Hallak is trying to break the clinch but Laane has him pressed against the cage.
Hallak wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Laane with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Laane throws a knee to the head but misses.
Knees to the body from Laane.
Laane lands an elbow that stopped Hallak in his tracks for a moment.

Laane's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Hallak jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Laane fails with an attempt to clinch.
Hallak throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Laane looks to land a combination but Hallak avoids it well.
A clash of legs there as Laane blocks the low kick.
Hallak misses with a looping left.
Laane keeps Hallak at a distance using the push kick.
Laane definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

and Hallak counters with a series of strikes that sends Laane to the canvas! Hallak follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!

The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Laane looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hallak is one step ahead there.
Hallak throws a big right hand that misses.
Hallak missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Hallak postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Laane preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Hallak throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Laane works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Laane can't keep his opponent in guard - Hallak advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Hallak is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Hallak seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Laane kicks Hallak off and gets back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Laane lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hallak circles away quickly and effectively.
Andrus Laane is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Laane connects with a leg kick. Hallak looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Hallak tries to bum rush Laane with a series of wild strikes but Laane uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Laane avoids the body shot from Hallak.

Hallak clinches up with Laane and pushes him back against the cage.
Laane is struggling to control the position.
Laane working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Laane keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hallak's efforts to push away.

Hallak escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Laane scores with a kick to the body.

Laane tries to clinch but Hallak moves out of range.
Laane moves in looking to clinch but Hallak pushes him off.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Hallak! Laane is backing up but he can't get away as Hallak lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Laane and ends the fight. Great knockout.
