Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Austin Christopher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Titus Raptis!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christopher tries to close the distance and clinch up but Raptis swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Christopher tries to keep at a distance but Raptis has taken the fight into the clinch.
Raptis tries to break the clinch but Christopher is controlling the position.

Christopher's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Raptis rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Christopher moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Raptis fails in his attempt to clinch.
Christopher moves in looking to clinch but Raptis pushes him off.

Christopher really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Raptis tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Christopher manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Christopher moves in looking to clinch but Raptis pushes him off.
No joy there for Raptis, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Christopher tries to keep at a distance but Raptis has taken the fight into the clinch.

Raptis manages to break the clinch.
Christopher misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Raptis tries to clinch but Christopher is having none of it.

Raptis throws out a loose jab but Christopher uses good head movement to avoid it.
Raptis shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Christopher but Christopher pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Christopher fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Raptis, pushing him back against the cage.
Raptis jumps guard but Christopher stands there with Raptis around his waist. Raptis gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Christopher breaks the clinch.
A punch combination from Raptis misses.
Christopher fails to land with a series of punches.
Christopher darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Raptis avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Christopher drives through and clinches with Raptis against the cage.
A short uppercut from Christopher.
Raptis goes for a takedown in the clinch but Christopher prevents it.
Austin Christopher has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Titus Raptis.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Christopher escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Christopher thuds his right hand into Raptis's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.


It looks like Titus Raptis has been cut.

Christopher gets in close and instigates a clinch.

and Christopher connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Christopher counters with a crisp one two that drops Raptis! Christopher thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Raptis to his feet! Raptis is in big trouble!

Christopher doesn't manage to clinch there - Raptis circles away.
Christopher is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Christopher shuts the power down on Raptis. Lights out, game over! Christopher is your winner.
