Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ricardo Oston!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oston shoots for a takedown but Bless saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Bless moves into range and clinches up with Oston.

Bless pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Oston misses with a jab, cross combination.
Both fighters circling a little - Bless finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Oston smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Oston fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Oston closes the distance looking to clinch
and Bless counters with a body kick that stops Oston in his tracks momentarily.
Oston shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bless as he avoids it easily.
Jah Bless has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricardo Oston.
Bless throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Oston.
Oston shoots in and drives through. Bless sprawls well.
Oston dives in for a single leg takedown but Bless sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Bless is trying to drag Oston to the mat but Oston just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Oston is pressed up against the cage. Bless has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Oston down to the mat. Oston avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Bless doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Oston counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bless with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Bless closes the distance and clinches up with Oston, looking for a takedown. Bless pushes Oston against the cage but Oston circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Oston shoots in looking for a takedown but Bless manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Oston's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Bless goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Bless fails with the takedown.
Bless is breathing heavily.
Oston shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Oston shoots in for a double leg but Bless sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Bless manages to pull guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Bless keeping moving, preventing Oston from controlling successfully.
Oston slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Bless wants to get back to his feet but Oston drags him back down.
Oston trying to control the position but Bless is working away.

Oston wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bless, who protects the arm well.
Oston tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Bless managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Oston.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bless is looking to get back to his feet here but Oston is keeping cool and he's managed to take Bless's back.
Bless looking very determined here, making life difficult for Oston.

Oston is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Bless with him. Bless is trying to defend but Oston has an arm under the chin now! Bless grimaces and is forced to tap out!
