The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bueno steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Murdock. That one must have hurt.

Bueno throws a hook but Murdock avoids it easily.
Murdock swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Murdock throws a sloppy head kick and Bueno moves out of range easily.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Murdock.
Murdock displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Bueno.
Matt Murdock is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Bueno misses with a hook. Murdock ducked under it nicely.
Murdock lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Murdock lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bueno has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bueno and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Murdock connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bueno momentarily.
Bueno sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Bueno on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Murdock turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Bueno misses with a hook.
Bueno stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Murdock.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Bueno rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Murdock moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Bueno throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Bueno throws a jab when Murdock was well out of range.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Murdock lands with a right that hurts Bueno. Bueno looks to clinch but Murdock throws a short knee that drops Bueno. This one is all over!

Taco Bueno was interviewed post fight and said 'Pointless matchup, slow learner, sparring partner and Murdock still piss farts about accepting making jet travel a fuck up. Im done with travelling for this record padding bullshit.'.
