Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hubert Vazquez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gaetano Fischioni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fischioni keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Vazquez shoots in for a takedown but Fischioni shows good takedown defense.
Fischioni is looking to clinch but Vazquez is avoiding it.

Fischioni gets a double leg takedown into Vazquez's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Vazquez sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
