Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adonis Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Marko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the cage accompanied by Who Let the Dogs Out. Marko has chosen Get Back - Ludacris as his entrance music. Cain Marko will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marko keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Silva.
Silva throws a body punch but Marko moves out of range.

We've been hearing reports that Silva has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Marko throws a head kick that Silva semi-blocks.

Marko tries to bum rush Silva with a series of wild strikes but Silva uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Marko takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Marko connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Silva momentarily.

Marko moves in looking to clinch but Silva pushes him off.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Marko throws a lazy right hand but Silva sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Marko throws a jab but it's blocked by Silva.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cain Marko dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

and Silva counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
The fighters circling - Silva throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Marko will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Silva ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

A looping hook to the body misses from Silva. Marko does a little dance to reset his feet.

Marko lands a big head kick that sends Silva tumbling to the mat! Marko takes a step backwards and waves Silva back to his feet - he wants the finish!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Adonis Silva's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
