Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Maria Coffey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Parmenides Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson has chosen Danger as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Maria Coffey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Parmenides Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shirou Masuda and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coffey dives in and grabs Johnson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Johnson pushes down on Coffey's head and hops out.

Johnson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Johnson is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Coffey escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Johnson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Parmenides Johnson hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Parmenides Johnson hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Coffey gets tackled into the cage by Johnson. Johnson maintains the clinch.
Coffey wants to break the clinch but can't.

Johnson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Johnson moves into the clinch successfully.
Still in the clinch, Coffey scores with a nice short uppercut.
Coffey has Johnson pushed against the cage.
Coffey jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Johnson walks away with a smile on his face. Coffey gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Maria Coffey has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Parmenides Johnson is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Parmenides Johnson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Johnson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
