And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Connor McGregoat!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Khan throws a leg kick which misses McGregoat's front leg but catches the back leg as McGregoat tries to avoid it.
A solid leg kick lands there for Khan.
Khan throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by McGregoat.

It looks like Connor McGregoat has been cut.
Khan looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
McGregoat has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Khan.
McGregoat sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
McGregoat looks winded!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Khan! McGregoat is out on his feet! Khan rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - McGregoat is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! McGregoat is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

In his post fight interview, Gerry Khan started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Connor McGregoat spoke after the fight, saying 'Fuck you'.
