The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Guldhammer misses.
Chase definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A combination from Guldhammer does no damage.
Guldhammer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Guldhammer closes the distance and pushes Chase back into the cage.
Chase tries to pull guard but Guldhammer holds him up against the cage and eventually Chase drops back down to his feet.
Chase is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Guldhammer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Morten Guldhammer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chase stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Guldhammer.
Guldhammer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Chase tries to circle away but Guldhammer has him pinned against the cage.

Chase shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Guldhammer defends it nicely.

Guldhammer scores with an uppercut up the middle.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Chase does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Chase shoots in for a takedown but Guldhammer shows good takedown defense.

Guldhammer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Chase moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Guldhammer is pushing Chase up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Guldhammer dives in and grabs Chase's left leg, looking for a takedown. Chase pushes down on Guldhammer's head and hops out.

Guldhammer drops Chase with a beautiful combination! Chase stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Guldhammer is looking for the KO!
