Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Milo Boyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodriguez Verde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boyd 's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, All of the Lights - Kanye West. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Verde lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Boyd gets the takedown into side control.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Boyd wants to control but Verde is keeping him busy.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Verde can do anything to dispel that myth.

Let's hope that Verde has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
