Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ryan O Reily (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Chekhov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Reily comes to the cage accompanied by Jump Around. Chekhov has chosen КАТЮШA as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Ryan O Reily!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anton Chekhov!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chekhov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. O Reily manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
O Reily swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
O Reily misses the shot to the body.
Chekhov takes one on the chin but seems OK.
O Reily smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Chekhov looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Chekhov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
O Reily swats away the attempt to clinch by Chekhov.

O Reily avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Ryan O Reily.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for O Reily, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
