Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jed Paul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Serano Lukowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paul comes into the arena with Fueled -Anthrax blaring out of the sound system. Jed Paul has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Serano Lukowski!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Robert Douchet and William Peck.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jed Paul seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

A decent looking cross lands there for Paul.

Paul moves into range and clinches up with Lukowski.

Lukowski pushes Paul away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Paul gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Paul looks up at the clock and then as Lukowski takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Paul smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Lukowski is still in real trouble! Can Paul finish him?
Paul will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Lukowski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Paul doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Paul manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
