The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fist closes the distance and clinches.
Vinson blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Vinson is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Fist is defending well for now.
Vinson tries to throw a body punch but Fist avoids it by throwing Vinson back against the cage.
Fist scores with a shot to the side of Vinson's head.

It looks like Morgan Vinson has been cut.
Fist lands a hook that snaps the head of Vinson backwards.

Vinson is rocked!
Vinson blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Oh Vinson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fist throws a punch but it's blocked by Vinson.
Vinson blocks an uppercut.
Fist misses with a punch on the inside.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Fist.
Fist tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Vinson tries for a takedown but Fist manages to get underhooks.

Vinson seems to have got his legs back now.
Fist scores with a shoulder strike.
Fist dips a shoulder and cracks Vinson with a mighty uppercut! Vinson falls back against the cage and Fist unloads with a barrage of strikes! Vinson is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Fist screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Iron Fist was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
