The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aleksewicz swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Davis counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Aleksewicz gets a double leg takedown into Davis's guard.
Aleksewicz slips nicely into half guard.
Aleksewicz tries to pass the half guard into mount. Davis knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Davis is trying to control but can't.
Davis tries to roll over but Aleksewicz keeps him under control.
Davis is still trying to improve position.
Aleksewicz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Aleksewicz is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Davis!
