Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mr Shalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Casimiro Macieria (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Macieria has chosen Can't Stop as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shalo swats away the attempt to clinch by Macieria.
Some wild striking there from Shalo.
Shalo misses with a head kick.
Shalo darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Shalo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
No luck for Macieria with that takedown attempt.
Shalo tries a head kick but it misses.
Shalo throws a hook but Macieria avoids it easily.
Shalo misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Shalo throws a series of punches but Macieria moves out of range.
Mr Shalo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shalo throws an overhand right that lands on Macieria's shoulder, as Macieria tries to avoid the shot.
A slow jab from Shalo misses its intended target.
Shalo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Shalo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Shalo cracks Macieria with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Shalo throws a big shot that misses.

Shalo misses with a straight right.
Macieria uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Shalo.
Shalo is breathing heavily.
Macieria fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Macieria shoots in looking for a takedown. Shalo tries to sprawl out of it but Macieria keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shalo manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Mr Shalo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Casimiro Macieria.
Macieria looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shalo is fending him off so far but Macieria persists. Nope, Shalo circles away and we're back to standing.
Shalo misses the shot to the body.
Shalo throws a series of punches but Macieria avoids them all with ease.
Good leg kick by Macieria there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Macieria keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Shalo throws a body punch but Macieria moves out of range.
Macieria slips a jab and a cross from Shalo.
Shalo lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Shalo.
Macieria is looking to slow Shalo down with leg kicks.

Macieria gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Macieria has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Shalo uses from the top position.
