Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Global Warming (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nerubian Assasin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Warming comes to the cage accompanied by Forever-Travis Barker Remix. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A bone on bone clash there as Assasin blocks the leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Assasin.
Nice defenses there by Warming.
Warming fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Warming closes the distance and clinches up with Assasin, looking for a takedown. Warming pushes Assasin against the cage but Assasin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Warming takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Assasin thuds a left hand into Warming's body.
Donk. Assasin catches Warming right on the button with a cross.
Assasin loads up on a big right hand but Warming slips the punch.
Assasin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

No joy there for Warming, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Warming displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Assasin throws out the jab.
Warming shoots for a double leg takedown but Assasin sprawls well. He's pushed Warming's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

It looks like Global Warming has been cut.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Warming. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Assasin connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Warming walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Warming gets a takedown into half guard.
Assasin wants to get back to his feet.

Warming seems to be looking for submissions.
Warming is keen to just control but Assasin is a slippery customer.

Warming is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Assasin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Assasin looks to throw the jab but Warming is out of range.
Assasin lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Assasin lands a nice hook to Warming's body. Warming takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Warming has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Warming there as he acknowledges the shot.
Assasin paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Assasin might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Assasin really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Warming. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Warming escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Assasin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Warming shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Assasin's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
