The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexeyev works the jab nicely.
Hollywood delivers a nice body kick.
Hollywood lands a nice hook to Alexeyev's body. Alexeyev takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Alexeyev takes one to the side of the head.
Alexeyev keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Hollywood avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Alexeyev walks forward, straight into a front kick from Hollywood.
Hollywood misses with a head kick.
Alexeyev throws an overhand right that lands on Hollywood's shoulder, as Hollywood tries to avoid the shot.

Hollywood gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Alexeyev scores with a shot to the side of Hollywood's head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hollywood working aggressively here.
Alexeyev stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Alexeyev lands on the inside with an uppercut.

It looks like David Hollywood has been cut.

Alexeyev escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hollywood throws a shot from downtown. Alexeyev moves away and avoids it.
Hollywood tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Alexeyev is able to avoid easily.
Hollywood throws a body shot but no joy.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hollywood throws a right hand that Alexeyev ducks under and follows up with a left that Alexeyev also avoids with ease.
Hollywood throws a head kick that misses.
Hollywood looks to land a left hand but Alexeyev moved out of range nicely.
Alexeyev throws a body shot but no joy.
Alexeyev will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Alexeyev is looking to clinch but Hollywood is avoiding it.
Hollywood misses the shot to the body.
Alexeyev looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A combination from Alexeyev does no damage.
Hollywood ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Hollywood tries a low kick but Alexeyev avoids it.
Hollywood tries to clinch there but Alexeyev circles away.
Alexeyev swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Alexeyev misses with an uppercut.

Alexeyev lands a left and a right that send Hollywood crashing to the mat, dazed. Alexeyev thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Hollywood is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
BOOM! Alexeyev lands a beautiful left hook that drops Hollywood. Hollywood tries to recover but Alexeyev is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Hollywood lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

During a confident post fight interview, Andrei Alexeyev thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
