PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Floyd Swanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dollar Bill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swanson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Micheal Jackson Bad. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bill fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Bill is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Bill has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Swanson finds it's way round the side to connect with Bill's head.
Swanson lands a jab to the head.
Bill shoots in but Swanson avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Bill tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Swanson defends well and Bill ends up having to push Swanson into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Floyd Swanson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dollar Bill.

Bill's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bill shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Swanson napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Bill avoids the attempt from Swanson to control.

Swanson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bill on the ground.

Bill looking for a guillotine from mount but Swanson is having none of it.
Bill wants to control the pace but Swanson is squirming around nicely.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Bill connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Bill goes for an armbar but Swanson turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Swanson.
Swanson throws a big elbow that misses.
Swanson trying to stand up but can't free himself from Bill's guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Swanson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Swanson drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bill dives on top into guard.

Bill prevents Swanson from standing back up.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Bill passes the guard and advances to mount!
Swanson tries to lock up and control but Bill gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Dollar Bill will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

A left lands for Swanson.
Jab, jab by Swanson - just one landing.
Bill darts in looking for a takedown but Swanson gets double underhooks and turns Bill into the ropes.

Bill has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Swanson is trying to keep an underhook but Bill manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Bill passes the guard and advances to mount!
Dollar Bill has got the better of the ground game so far.
Bill wants to get back to his feet but Swanson is holding on tight.
Swanson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Swanson tries to get out of the position.
Swanson is hanging on here. He's in a desperate position.

Bill jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Swanson manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Bill is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Swanson has escaped the position, nice work there.
Swanson is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Bill is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Bill is working for a guillotine from mount but Swanson frees his head quite easily.
Swanson is in all sorts of trouble here.

Swanson is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Bill looking to break Swanson's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Swanson remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Bill will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Bill is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Swanson is tapping out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Dollar Bill!
Dollar Bill spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Floyd Swanson spoke after the fight, saying 'GOD BLESS!! ILL PUT ON BETTER PERFORMANCE NEXT FIGHT'.
