PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Javier Hernandez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alen Zalac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Zalac's choice of entrance music: Survival - Eminem. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zalac swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Zalac looks to land a combination but Hernandez avoids it well.
Hernandez stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Hernandez wants it to stay on the feet.
Hernandez avoids a punch combination nicely.

Hernandez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Zalac, pushing him back against the cage.

Hernandez has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Zalac clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Hernandez just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Zalac pulls Hernandez in to control the position.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Hernandez prevents Zalac from getting back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Zalac closes the distance and clinches up with Hernandez, looking for a takedown. Zalac pushes Hernandez against the cage but Hernandez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

That was a close second round but I would say that Javier Hernandez will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Zalac has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Hernandez doesn't defend quickly enough and Zalac has managed to lock this one up! Can Hernandez escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Zalac on a fantastic submission victory.
