The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiang thuds his right hand into Jones's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

It looks like Greg Jones has been cut.
Jiang gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

so Jones counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Jiang shoots in looking for a takedown but Jones manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jiang's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Jiang lands a right hand that snaps the head of Jones backwards.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
