Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sung Hanson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shane Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shane Tyson will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Steven Brown and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyson swings for the body but Hanson moves out of range.
Hanson gets caught napping as Tyson dives in and scores a takedown. Hanson manages to retain guard.
Hanson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Hanson wants to get back to his feet but Tyson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Hanson has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Tyson off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Tyson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Hanson sneaks out the side door and pushes Tyson away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

Tyson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Hanson uses from the top position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hanson wants to stand but Tyson has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hanson gets to his feet. Tyson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Tyson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Sung Hanson.
Well Tyson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
