Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yize Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes to the cage accompanied by THE POWER!!! by SNAP. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Brown takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Li throws a hook to the side of Brown's head but Brown sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Li fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Brown on the side of the head.
Li throws a front kick aimed at Brown's knee but Brown avoids it well.
Li swats away the attempt to clinch by Brown.
Brown moves out of range of the body kick.
Li throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Brown looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Brown wants to control from the top but Li keeps moving.
Brown keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Li's head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Brown accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Li wants to stand up but Brown is controlling him.

Brown is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
A looping hook to the body misses from Li. Brown does a little dance to reset his feet.
Good work by Brown as he checks the leg kick.
Li misses with a two punch combination.

Brown uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Li.

Brown throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Brown is looking to slow Li down with leg kicks.

Brown throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Brown moves out of range of the leg kick from Li.
Brown throws a good cross that connects.
A slow jab from Li misses its intended target.
Li throws a head kick that misses.
Li closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Brown throws a hook but Li avoids it easily.
Yize Li is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Li gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Brown to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Brown postures up in Li's guard and throws a big left but Li blocks it.

Li is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Li manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Li blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Li pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Li misses with a looping right.
Brown moves out of range as Li throws a body kick.
Brown lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Yize Li has been cut.
Li uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Brown.
Brown throws a big shot that misses.
Brown forces Li back against the cage and clinches.
Brown misses with a punch on the inside.
I was talking to Brown's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Brown tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Brown scores with a nice hook to the head.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Brown can't find room to land a body shot as Li controls the action.
Li is trying to break the clinch but Brown is controlling him.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Brown tries to clinch up but Li circles away and keeps his distance.

Li utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Brown is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Li catches Brown with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Brown with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Brown fails with an attempt to clinch.
Li stuns Brown with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Brown misses with a leg kick.
Li avoids the body shot from Brown.
Li lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Brown circles away quickly and effectively.
The fighters circling - Brown throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Li uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Brown.

Brown fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Li.
Li takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Brown staying out of range there.
Brown moves out of range of the body kick.
Li scores with a hook to the body. Brown takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Nice defenses there by Brown.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Brown tries to clinch but Li is having none of it.
An inside leg kick lands from Brown.
Brown shoots in and gets a takedown into Li's guard.
Brown pushes down on Li's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Li is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Brown is taking a breather. Li says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Leroy Brown overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Li is in trouble now - Brown has advanced to mount!
Li is looking to get to half guard.
Brown working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Li slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Brown has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Brown lands strikes from half guard.
Li wants to control but Brown is keeping busy.
Brown is nestled in close to Li, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Brown thows a huge punch but Li dodges it nicely.
Li is trying to escape back to his feet but Brown uses the scramble to pass into side control.

Brown scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Li to see if he's OK.
Brown fails to land a wild elbow strike.

Yize Li seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Brown sends Li crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Brown is motioning to the referee to let Li up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Li is still on wobbly legs! Can Brown finish him?
Brown connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Li out cold! This one is over in a flash!

During a confident post fight interview, Leroy Brown thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
