The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cullen looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Cullen trying to control the action but Weapon is working from the bottom.
Weapon tries to kick Cullen off but Cullen keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Cullen thows a huge punch but Weapon dodges it nicely.
Cullen is trying to control. Weapon wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Cullen is controlling the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Tony Cullen was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Cullen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cullen shoots for a double leg takedown but Weapon sprawls well. He's pushed Cullen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Cullen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Weapon is fending him off so far but Cullen persists. Nope, Weapon circles away and we're back to standing.
Cullen tries to clinch but Weapon is having none of it.
Weapon throws a sloppy head kick and Cullen moves out of range easily.
Cullen looks for a takedown but Weapon sprawls well.
Concealed Weapon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Cullen.
Cullen throws a body shot but no joy.
Weapon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Cullen throws a right and a left that Weapon avoids nicely.

Cullen is looking to clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cullen is defended easily by Weapon.
Cullen wants to clinch but Weapon slips to the side
and Weapon counters with an inside leg kick.
Tony Cullen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cullen looks winded!
Cullen looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Weapon dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cullen. That did some damage!
Weapon connects with an inside leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cullen on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Weapon throws a head kick that misses.

Cullen tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Weapon defends well and Cullen ends up having to push Weapon into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Weapon manages to break the clinch.
A slapping body kick lands there for Weapon.
Weapon lands a leg kick that knocks Cullen off balance momentarily.
An inside leg kick lands from Weapon.

Weapon lands a big head kick that sends Cullen tumbling to the mat! Weapon takes a step backwards and waves Cullen back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Tony Cullen has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Weapon connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Weapon, right into the meat.
Weapon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Weapon circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Cullen drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Weapon follows Cullen to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
