Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Illya Tyunina and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koslov misses with a combination
and Hodge counters with a nice body shot.
Hodge tries for a takedown but Koslov sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Koslov stuffs the takedown.
Koslov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Koslov shoots in but no luck this time.
Koslov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Koslov tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hodge paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and Hodge counters with a big head kick but Koslov shrugs it off.
No joy there for Hodge, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Koslov tries to clinch up but Hodge circles away and keeps his distance.
Hodge rushes Koslov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Koslov changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hodge fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Koslov leaves Hodge with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Ivan Koslov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Malik Hodge.
Hodge looks winded!

Koslov gets a double leg takedown into Hodge's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Koslov is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Koslov is pushing down on Hodge's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hodge is fighting to maintain full guard but Koslov has managed to sneak the leg through.
Koslov is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hodge is just riding it out for now. Koslov eventually gives up the hold.
Hodge is looking to improve his position.
Hodge is staying active underneath Koslov, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Koslov seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Koslov wants to work for an arm triangle but Hodge is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Koslov looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Koslov uses his free foot to push down on Hodge's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Hodge.

Koslov is landing with some decent strikes but Hodge is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Koslov lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Hodge tries to hold on but Koslov postures up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Koslov postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Hodge badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Koslov around the waist but Koslov pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Koslov is the winner by TKO! Koslov jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ivan Koslov!
