Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Keijo Kanki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucian Stockes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stockes scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Stockes - that will leave a mark!
Kanki tries to land a front kick but Stockes steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
The fighters circle momentarily. Stockes darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Stockes lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Kanki sprawling to the canvas. Stockes follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Kanki hang on?

Kanki is rocked!

It looks like Keijo Kanki has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Stockes lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Kanki quite badly. Kanki pulls Stockes in close trying to recover. Stockes postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Kanki on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Kanki doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
