PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sid Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raul Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morrison comes into the arena with The Clocks blaring out of the sound system. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison has a takedown stuffed.
Rodriguez misses with a jab, cross combination.

Oooooh!!! Rodriguez has knocked Morrison down with a huge combo! Rodriguez steps away and waves a wobbly Morrison back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Rodriguez throws the left hand but Morrison avoids the punch easily.
Rodriguez throws a series of punches but Morrison avoids them all with ease.

Morrison really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Morrison cracks Rodriguez with an open hand slap.
Rodriguez misses with a two punch combination.
Rodriguez slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Rodriguez throws a right and a left that both miss.
Morrison tries to clinch but Rodriguez is having none of it.
Raul Rodriguez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Morrison thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Morrison cracks Rodriguez with a big elbow.

Morrison tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Morrison advances to full mount.
Morrison wants to control the pace but Rodriguez is squirming around nicely.

Rodriguez is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Morrison locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Rodriguez is forced to tap!
