Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robbie Roads (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Snow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robbie Roads!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jon Snow!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Anthony Taglia and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roads lands a slapping body shot.
Roads throws a lazy uppercut
and Snow counters with a low kick, right behind Roads 's knee.
Snow stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Snow wants it to stay on the feet.

Roads drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Roads looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Roads lands a couple of digs.

Snow throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Roads escapes and throws Snow's legs to the side, diving into side control!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snow tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Roads wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Roads grinds an elbow into Snow's temple.
Roads wants to lay and pray for a moment but Snow keeps working.
Roads tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Roads landing strikes.
Snow wants to control but Roads postures up.
Snow really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Roads. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Snow tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad.
Snow working to try and regain half guard.
Snow tries to hold on but Roads pushes him away.

Roads with the ground and pound from mount.
Snow is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Roads controlling the pace for now.
Roads seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Snow for as long as he can get away with.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Roads cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Roads takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Roads wants to control the pace but Snow is squirming around nicely.
Snow manages to regain half guard. Good work.

Roads is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Snow can do anything to dispel that myth.
Roads throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Snow is looking to improve his position.
Roads controlling the action here.
Snow wants to control but Roads is keeping busy.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Roads has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Roads wants to lay and pray for a moment but Snow keeps working.

Snow lets loose with a powerful body kick. Roads will feel that in the morning.
Robbie Roads seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Snow keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Roads is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Snow can do to turn this around?
Snow avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Roads, as that shot connected.
Snow lands a really nice looking cross but Roads seems unphased.
Snow fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Roads crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Snow - the referee stops the clock and Roads gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Snow. Roads manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Roads closes this distance looking for a takedown but Snow circles away.
Snow bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Roads's head.
Snow scores with the left hand. Roads knows he should have avoided that one.
Donk. Snow catches Roads right on the button with a cross.

Roads swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Snow thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Roads if he has to take too many more of those.
Good leg kick by Snow there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Snow stuns Roads with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Roads is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Snow's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Snow lets loose with a powerful body kick. Roads will feel that in the morning.

and Snow counters with a body kick.
Snow lands a slapping body shot.
Jon Snow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Roads throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Snow tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Roads is in Snow's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Roads tries to free his leg and advance position but Snow is retaining full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Roads dives in for a single leg takedown but Snow sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Oh Roads is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Roads has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Snow.
Roads throws a right hand that misses
and Snow counters with a leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Snow - that will leave a mark!
Roads steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Snow. That one must have hurt.
and Snow counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Roads! He's just covering up as Snow starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jon Snow!
