The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tong gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Pritchard's coach down at Midnight MMA was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Pritchard's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Pritchard is trying to break the clinch but Tong has him pressed against the cage.
Tong tries to pull guard but Pritchard won't allow it.
Pritchard is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Pritchard lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Tong backwards.
Tong fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Pritchard misses with a hook to the ribs.
Tong has a couple of punches blocked by Pritchard.
Pritchard is trying to stall.
Pritchard digs a right hand into Tong's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Tong's gas tank.
A nice right hand lands inside from Pritchard.
Tong tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tong pulls guard successfully.

Tong has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Pritchard doesn't defend quickly enough and Tong has managed to lock this one up! Can Pritchard escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Tong on a fantastic submission victory.

A very excited looking Ling Tong rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
