Barbossa comes to the cage accompanied by Intergalactic by The Beastie Boys. Jake Barbossa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crim fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Barbossa on the side of the head.
Barbossa avoids the body shot from Crim.
Crim keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Crim scores with a three punch combo!
Crim pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've been hearing reports that Barbossa has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Crim feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Barbossas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

No joy there for Crim, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Barbossa drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Barbossa jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Barbossa is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Barbossa shoots in for a takedown but Crim shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Crim throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Barbossa on the side of the head.

Barbossa tries to score a power double leg takedown but Crim sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Barbossa somewhat.
Crim moves in looking to clinch but Barbossa pushes him off.

Barbossa is trying hard to land a takedown here. Crim sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Barbossa lands a huge takedown. Crim is out but the ref is slow to react and Barbossa lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Crim lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
