The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nicholls keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - Nicholls looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Nicholls ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Nicholls keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A swing and a miss from Sackett.
Nicholls lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Nicholls misses with a body kick.
Sackett fails to land with a series of punches.
Nicholls misses with a hook.
Nicholls throws a head kick that misses.
Sackett lands with a good body shot.
Nicholls tried to score with a low kick but Sackett checks it.
Sackett is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nicholls sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sackett shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Sackett throws a head kick but Nicholls moves out of range.
Nicholls throws a front kick aimed at Sackett's knee but Sackett avoids it well.
Nicholls closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Nicholls tries to close the distance and clinch but Sackett swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nicholls on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Nicholls throws a big shot that misses.
Nicholls misses with an uppercut.
Sackett takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Sackett slips a straight right by Nicholls.
Nicholls misses with a leg kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Nicholls, right into the meat.
Nicholls scores with a spinning back kick!
Nicholls looks to score with a jab to the body but Sackett is just out of range.
Dean Nicholls is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Sackett fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nicholls looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sackett throws a one two combo.
Nicholls thows a leg kick but Sackett checks it
and Sackett counters with a two punch combo.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nicholls lands a really nice looking cross but Sackett seems unphased.
Nicholls fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sackett manages to avoid it.
Nicholls gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Sackett makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Nicholls throws a head kick that misses
and Sackett counters with a low kick, right behind Nicholls 's knee.
Sackett connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Nicholls tumbling to the canvas! Sackett pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Nicholls was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Logan Sackett!
A very excited looking Logan Sackett made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
The defeated Dean Nicholls had this to say: 'I can do better than that, if he fights me again he won't win!'.
