With a record of 27 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jefferson Davis Hogg!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown thows a left - swing and a miss!
Hogg misses with an uppercut.
Brown defending well as Hogg loads up on a big left hand.
Brown fires out a quick counter leg kick but Hogg just manages to avoid it.
Nice body kick from Brown.
Brown throws a low kick, looking for Hogg's leg but Hogg calmly moves out of range.
Hogg cracks Brown with an open hand slap.

It looks like Yorick Brown has been cut.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hogg.
Brown avoids the body shot from Hogg.
Hogg pivots, looking for a leg kick but Brown is out of range and Hogg settles back down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hogg misses with a low kick.
A little feinted left hand from Brown on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Brown darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

It looks like Jefferson Davis Hogg has been cut.
Hogg looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
A low kick from Hogg is predictable there
and Brown cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Brown fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hogg looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Hogg gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Brown.

Hogg takes one to the chin there.
Hogg misses with a left hand
and Brown counters with a solid body kick.
Hogg has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Brown.
Hogg looks winded!
Brown cracks Hogg with a right hand to the side of the head.
Hogg throws a hook to the side of Brown's head but Brown sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A punch combination from Brown misses.
Hogg counters with a body kick.
Hogg misses with a leg kick
and Brown counters with a nice body shot.
A chopping leg kick lands by Brown.

Brown feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Hogg sprawling to the canvas! Hogg rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Brown finish him?!

Hogg is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hogg is aggressively charging in as Brown backs up avoiding any damage. Brown tosses out a jab and Hogg runs right into it face first! Hogg is out cold! Brown dropped down on all fours and is barking in Hogg's face like a pit bull in celebration until the ref was finally able to pull him away!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Yorick Brown!
