The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vieira throws a right and a left that Fausset avoids nicely.

Vieira wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Fausset tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fausset has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Fausset swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Vieira is now in Fausset's guard. A big mistake from Fausset there, giving up the dominant position!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fausset is on top in guard.
