The fight stays on the outside here - Torres looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Torres wants to clinch up but Thomas keeps it at a distance.
Thomas shoots in but no luck this time.

Torres fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Thomas, pushing him back against the cage.

Torres works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Torres drops back looking for a leg! Thomas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Thomas manages to kick Torres off! Torres jumps back into Thomas's guard.
Torres won't allow Thomas to sweep him here.
Torres works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
