Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Malcolm Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Judah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reynolds's entrance music is Ballad Of Serenity. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Judah felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Reynolds on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Reynolds wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Judah, who protects the arm well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Reynolds is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Judah is defending well though. Reynolds let's go of the attempt for now.

Reynolds uses his free foot to push down on Judah's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Judah.
