Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Andreh Francisco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdullah Al Abulbul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Francisco comes to the cage accompanied by No Mercy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Abdullah Al Abulbul!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Francisco catches Al Abulbul with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Al Abulbul shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Al Abulbul was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Al Abulbul got a little sloppy there for a moment and Francisco has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Al Abulbul has managed to get both his arms back between Francisco's legs - danger averted.

We've been hearing good reports from Francisco's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Francisco takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Andreh Francisco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Al Abulbul is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Francisco.
Al Abulbul doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Francisco fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Al Abulbul on the side of the head.

Francisco is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Francisco will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Al Abulbul has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Francisco is working away from the top position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Francisco stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Francisco wants it to stay on the feet.

It looks like Abdullah Al Abulbul has been cut.
Francisco dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Abdullah Al Abulbul spoke after the fight, saying 'No worries. I'm sure this fight will eventually be ruled a 'no-contest' given how my opponent here has a habit of pissing positive for steroids.'.
