The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tuckich misses with a body shot.
Tuckich swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tuckich takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Tate really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

We've been hearing reports that Tate has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Tuckich feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tates jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Tate goes for a double leg but Tuckich avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tuckich continues to drive forward.

Tate ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Tate no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Tetsuya Tate will probably get the nod.

Tate has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Tuckich has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.
Tate is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tuckich gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Tate changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Tuckich fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Tuckich steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Tate is out on his feet! Tuckich sets himself and nearly takes Tate's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!

After winning the bout, Hans Tuckich thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
