PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aster Roid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Bilashki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Roid comes to the cage accompanied by Awesome God. Bilashki has chosen The Warriors of Skyrim as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roid slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Bilashki closes the distance and clinches.
Bilashki missing with knees to the body.
Bilashki lands with a short shot to the head.
Roid lands a nice uppercut.
Roid misses with the head strike.
Bilashki managing to block the knees to the body from Roid.
Roid scores with a shot to the side of Bilashki's head.
Bilashki told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
A right handed body shot lands from Bilashki.

Bilashki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
The fighters circle, before Bilashki throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Roid's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Bilashki lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Jon Bilashki!
Jon Bilashki decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Aster Roid spoke after the fight, saying 'Thank you Jesus!! I will get better!!'.
