Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maki Pulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and PanTheR Destroyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maki Pulu has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, PanTheR Destroyer!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Peter Branson and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pulu misses with an uppercut

and Destroyer counters by moving into the clinch.
Pulu goes for a takedown attempt but Destroyer pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Pulu throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Destroyer.
Pulu tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Destroyer defends well and Pulu ends up having to push Destroyer into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Pulu definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Destroyer has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Pulu clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Pulu trying to control the position but Destroyer manages to sink in the hooks.

Destroyer looking to break Pulu's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Pulu remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Destroyer will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pulu looking very determined here, making life difficult for Destroyer.
Pulu might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Pulu turns into Destroyer and is now in his guard.

Pulu drops back looking for a leg! Destroyer is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Destroyer manages to kick Pulu off! Pulu jumps back into Destroyer's guard.

Destroyer trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Destroyer keeping full guard, as Pulu tries to pass.

Pulu drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Destroyer dives on top into guard.

Pulu working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Destroyer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Destroyer manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Destroyer working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Pulu has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Destroyer should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Pulu has tightened it up now! Destroyer should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
