Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carol Short (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johny Willish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Willish shoots in and gets a takedown into Short's guard.
Short trying to control the position.

Willish decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Short, up you get!
Willish shoots for a takedown but Short saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Willish drives through with a takedown into guard.
Short working a defensive guard here.
Short trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Short knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Willish on the ground.
Willish wants to pass the guard but Short is keeping the position.
Willish with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Willish stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Short gets caught flat footed, as Willish shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Willish throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Short works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Willish pushes down on Short's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Short trying to control from the bottom.
Short is breathing heavily.
Willish is taking a breather. Short says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Short on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Willish seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Short is rocked!
Willish content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Oh Short is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Willish scores with a big shot! Short's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Short! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
