Saarinen has chosen The Fight as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mitch Pitch has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saarinen is looking to clinch.

Pitch shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pitch showed some decent athleticism there.
Pitch works his way into full mount!

Pitch jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Saarinen is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Saarinen and Pitch has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Saarinen is looking for a sweep.
Pitch could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Pitch tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pitch has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Pitch passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Saarinen!

Saarinen is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Saarinen is squirming around, avoiding Pitch's attempts to control the action.
Pitch is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Pitch is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Pitch is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Saarinen is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Saarinen flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Pitch anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Saarinen and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Pitch slips an arm under Saarinen chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Pitch has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Pitch is squeezing on Saarinen like an anaconda would it's prey. Saarinen fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
