The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frodsham is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in White's half guard.

White tries to lock up and control but Frodsham gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

White has his foot on Frodsham's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Frodsham works his way back into a safe position though.

Frodsham is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
White tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Frodsham has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics White uses from the top position.

Frodsham might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control White haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Well Frodsham has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
